They still need to paint trim a second coat and put our lights and shutters on, but it is almost complete .. we should be closing next week this time ! MAYBE.......
We came to agreements on some things but more bad news.... Where they had a tub issue...it ended up leaking all over our family room ceiling ...so now they are fixing that too....
Good thing it happened now and not later though, so maybe look at it that way...it will be fixed, it's good that this issues come up now instead of later....
The house is looking great, I just love the colors...its already look so cozy.
