    *Update* After much price comparison we decided to add the GE profile kithcen package (double oven, microwave, dish washer and cook top stove).  Turns out Ryans price for this and installing is just a great price...thats too hard to pass up.

    *Update*  We've added the partial speaker system.. we're going to put 2 speakers and a volume control in the family room... its a $600 splurge...well not really we got rid of the upgraded carpet pad int eh family room and got rid a the driveway extension to pay for it.
  *Update* We downgraded our carpet form level C to level B, with the money we saved we are adding the stone for the fireplace, the stone we selected is the susquhanna dry stack

    *Update* We removed this option in order to help offset the cost of the audio system.
    *Update* We are converting the living room into an office.  They basically put a wall between the living room and dinning room and add a 15 light glass double door at the foyer entrance.

  1. We also got the GE Profile appliances and we get a double wall oven too! I really think the cost to upgrade was very reasonable and the Profile appliances look so much more sleek than the regular GE!

  2. Changing the living room into an office is about the most brilliant thing I have seen done to a Victoria Falls.. Do you mind sharing how much it cost to close off the wall with the dining room and install the french doors, which I saw in another picture and they look fantastic..

    Also do you mind posting some pictures of how the dining room and ex-living-room-now-office and foyer look like after the job was completed,there was only a couple of pictures and those were not very clear. Thank you very much.
