One year and a half and counting......projects ? Projects ! Projects...it never ends !

Hello Everyone.. we have not been on here in so long I figured I would do one post to update everything we have been doing in the last year ...there is some DIY, some hired contractors and some pure decorating  :)..This is really long with many pics.. so grab your coffee ladies lol!!! This is our guest bathroom... we ripped out the original vanity that had only one sink in it on the left hand side of the cabinet.. it was bugging me and we couldnt redo all of the plumbing to make two sinks so we found this cute Allen and Roth Vanity and top at Lowes... its a three piece unit and fits like a glove.. we Spackled and spackled and spackled some more since tearing out the old vanity caused lots of rips and holes in the drywall.. we like this vanity since it makes the home a little more custom

 My hubby did all of the plumbing  and I painted and cauked the trim that was moved.. The color is Accessible beige by SW.. we still have a little ways to go with a mirror, shower curtain decoration ect..

We hired out for this job which was basically install crown molding throughout the rest of the house.. the contractor was great and gave us an amazing deal... he even did these HUGE boxes for us .. they are 4x6 feet boxes and make the foyer look so different... still not sure what to put in them.. any ideas?

Here is our first guest bedroom.. the color is on the rocks by SW.. its a light grey and I LUURRVVE it !!! The furniture was from Pier One.. I think they were on clearance  so we got it for such a good deal!! we DIY those pics on the wall from some clip art we found on the web and put them in cheap frame

Here is the other guest room.. its almost identical to the other one.. except its accessible biege from SW and has the darker version of the bedset from Pier One...

Here is the office with furniture from Raymore and Flanigan... I tried my hand at stripes and thougt they came out pretty nice !! So hard to get a full pic of the room...the colors are latte and Kilim Beige from SW

These pics show all the crown molding that was installed throughout the house.. it really does make such a difference for a small price....

This pic is of our front coat closet that my awesome hubby DIYed into organized shelf heaven.. left side for all our shoes and basket full of gloves and such and the right side for tall boots ect.. these sides were such wasted space for us !

Here is our cute downstairs half bath.. color is latte and believe it or not the crown looks great in here against the dark color!!

This was one of our best DIY projects ever .. we tore out all of those wire shelves that were horrible and bought closet organizer shelves from Lowes and put it all together designing this...sooo nice to see and find everyting

So far so good.. we are still chugging away but losing speed now that the nice weather is here.. next up is our walkways steps and landscaping that we be completed late July and then hopefully some nice light granite.(Someday).
